They charged me a fee that booking.com pays and I called to have it removed and I keep getting the excuse that the manager is in a meeting and they are the only ones with access to the card to refund that money. Then she said they will fix it and I will have it in 3 to 10 business days. I waited 15 days called back got the same exact person same exact problem, manager not available to talk but they see the note from the last time and as soon as they get out of the meeting they will fix it and it will be refunded in 3 to 10 business days. It's again been more than 10 business days and I still have not been refunded.
